Guide:Enter the house with your Brass Key and Go down the ladder. It can be optional to bring food because these giants can be an easy adversary collect their bones and bank/sell at the grand exchange.

Its 600gp per bone(Aprox Price check the Grand exchange database for further updates)
earn about 80k-100K an hour just killing and banking.

Warning: The Room is always crowded with people finding a world with less people might be an advantage.
